Cambodia

Siem Reap supermarket
Siem Reap is a tourist town, which serves visitors to Angkor Wat.

Accordingly, the place is full of restaurants, tour companies and souvenir shops. Now however, there is a mini supermarket for non-tourist "domestic" items, which is not listed in the Lonely Planet guide.

It is called the
Phnom Pich Market. It is on the road leading from Highway-6 to Angkor Wat, along the west of the Stung Siem Reap (river). The ground floor is a posh-looking souvenir shop: upstairs is the supermarket. It is not accessed through the souvenir shop - use the stairs to the left of the car park in front of the building.

Address: 042 Mondol 3, Khum Slorkram.

Cambodia map
There's a decent map for Cambodia.

Gecko Maps (Swiss) publish a 1:750,000 map covering the country, with city street maps for the major towns on the reverse of the sheet (Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Sihanoukville).

BBC on FM
The BBC World Service has a relay service in Phnom Penh which broadcasts on FM 100MHz.

While in Phnom Penh, the Iraqi conflict was in its early stages. This meant it was possible to keep tabs on every "Rent-an-Expert", wheeled in especially for the occasion, deliberating and hypothesising on the situation.

All I'll say is, what value is a university professor of "military studies" when it comes to positive contributions to the UK economy? Yet we harbour a complete herd of them in our educational establishments, just waiting for wars and 'phone calls from the BBC, who are having difficulty filling their continuous transmissions.
